About this apartment rental

Das 2-Raum-Apartment erstreckt sich auf 40m2 und beinhaltet einen Schlafraum, ein Badezimmer, ein Wohnzimmer und eine separate Kochnische. Der Schlafraum ist ausgestattet mit einem Doppelbett,2 Nachttischen sowie einem Kleiderschrank und einem Sideboard. Ein direkter Zugang zum Balkon ist durch eine Balkontüre möglich. Direkt neben dem Schlafraum befindet sich das Wohnzimmer und das Badezimmer. Im Badezimmer befindet sich eine Dusche ein WC und ein Waschbecken. Das Wohnzimmer, bestehend aus einer Couch mit Couchtisch einem Wandschrank mit Flachbildfernseher sowie einem Esstisch mit Sitzgelegenheit, verfügt über einen LAN- Anschluss. Des Weiteren ist W-LAN frei verfügbar. Auch vom Wohnzimmer ausgehend kann man direkt auf den Balkon. Dieser erstreckt sich entlang der Westseite, so das man herrlich die Abendsonne genießen kann. Direkt neben dem Wohnzimmer ist eine kleine Küche eingerichtet, mit allem was man so braucht. Kühlschrank, Herdplatten, Backofen, Geschirr und Besteck.
