From the moment I arrived, it was clear that Andrea and his wife genuinely care about the wellbeing and experience of their guests. This it’s hospitality from the heart 🩵
Andrea went out of his way to help me resolve an issue with my rental car, generously offering his own time and support, which made a stressful situation feel immediately manageable. That same thoughtfulness carries through every aspect of the stay.
Breakfasts were a true highlight: beautifully presented, with delicious homemade cakes, perfectly prepared omelettes, and real attention to quality and detail. In the early evenings, they also hosted relaxed aperitifs with wine and snacks — a wonderful, convivial touch that made the place feel like a home rather than just accommodation.
The property itself is spectacularly peaceful and beautiful . Every room is furnished with such care and consideration — nothing feels accidental. The bed was quite honestly the most comfortable I’ve slept in in years.
What stayed with me most, though, was the authenticity. It’s rare to feel so clearly that hosts are deeply passionate about what they do and about the people who stay with them. You feel welcomed, seen, and cared for — effortlessly.
My only regret is that I couldn’t stay longer.

Podere Fontanino is simply outstanding. From the moment you arrive, you notice the love for detail that makes this place truly special. Everything is spotless, reflecting the highest standards of cleanliness and care. Breakfast is a delight each morning – fresh and thoughtfully prepared.
The property itself is stunning: peaceful, beautifully maintained, and offering an atmosphere of pure relaxation. What made our stay even more memorable were Andrea’s wonderful tips and recommendations, which allowed us to discover hidden gems in the area and enjoy Tuscany in the best possible way.
If you are looking for a serene escape where every detail is perfect, Podere Fontanino is the place to be. Highly recommended!

A gorgeous place outside Arezzo with beautiful views and lovely grounds. Our room was spacious, quiet at night and the bed felt very comfortable. The breakfasts are amazing with freshly procured products and baked goods daily. Our host Andrea and his wife Barbara were always available to answer questions, give suggestions or help with any needs. Service was first class throughout.
