When we arrived the Bobbin suite was full of dust. It was a lovely sunny day and the sun was shining through the window into the kitchen area and all you could see was dust and bits across the floor next to cupboards and behind artificial plants which are laced in it!! Stains on cupboards were something has dripped down it. A melted coffee machine and rusty utensils. Dust was everywhere all around the sleeping area on the bedside cabinets and lamps. Me and my partner dropped off our bags and went straight out to buy cleaning products, not something you should have to do after a 2 hour drive to get there. Also I will tell your guests for you, as you don't seem to think this is important informative information when booking!!! before getting into your room you find out, out of the blue that you have to pay a 250.00 deposit before you receive the code for your room door. This is laughable considering how unclean and unprofessional it is. Burns on carpet, make up stains on carpet, marks on mirrors, disgusting!!! ALSO you are expected to wait 3 days after check out to have your 250.00 deposit back. I am still yet to receive my money back as we checked out yesterday. AVOID!!!
