Studio bien placé, à côté de la gare de la télécabine qui monte vers la Côte 2000. Nombreuses escapades à faire à partir de là. Emplacement calme, bien que dans une tour de 14 étages, sans bruit, avec moins de va et vient qu'à Villard centre. Studio petit mais fonctionnel. Propreté impeccable. Quelques dysfonctionnements vite réglés avec le propriétaire très à l'écoute.
Le couchage est assez confortable mais le fait que le lit soit escamotable enlève du confort. Il manque un côté cocooning (fauteuil par exemple, le canapé-lit n'est pas hyper confort pour regarder la TV). Le four placé au-dessus du micro-onde est assez bancal. La baignoire est assez haute et du coup il est difficile à accéder à l'espace douche pour des personnes peu mobiles.
