Гостеприимство и отзывчивость !! Все было удобно, комфортная и мягкая постель, тишина, можно было выспаться после активных дней! Хозяйка очень приятная женщина! В комнате был чайник, чайные принадлежности, чай, кофе, сахар, лимон, а также фрукты и вода!
Сделали нам раннее заселение и трансфер в аэропорт за 15 евро!

La amabilidad de los hosts, muy atentos. Me dejaron hacer el check in a las 10 am, cuando pretendía solamente dejar mis cosas y volver. Tiene cerca dos supermercados medianos y uno chico. Si bien está cerca del centro, hay que caminar un poco. La señora es encantadora.
Es algo antiguo, pero limpio. Está ubicado en una colina, de modo que si lo tienes auto, hay que caminar. Aunque es buen ejercicio para mí, no necesariamente lo sería para cualquiera. El escritorio está ubicado frente a la ventana, que tiene una suerte de cortina que no cubre completamente el sol, por lo que es difícil trabajar ahí durante el día mientras el sol entra por la ventana.

The business owners were attentive and hospitable. My bed and pillow were really comfortable and clean. The bathroom was also clean, and the water was nice and hot. As a suggestion, I would say that the shower curtain is uncomfortable and makes it difficult to take a shower.

After boarding my flight to Banja Luka, the plan was to purchase a bus ticket to Sarajevo from there. The bus was scheduled to arrive in Sarajevo at 21:00. To be safe, I estimated the taxi ride from the bus station to my accommodation would take about 20 minutes (checked on google maps). Accordingly, I informed the landlord that I should reach the address by 21:30, considering the maximum time to collect the keys according to booking.com was 22:00.
However, fate had other plans for me on the day of my arrival. Heavy rain and an unfortunate road accident during the bus journey caused a major traffic blockage on the main route. Consequently, the bus reached the Sarajevo bus station at 23:20, significantly delayed. With the additional travel time, I finally arrived at the address around 00:10.
Throughout this ordeal, I kept the landlord updated on the situation. Despite the late hour, the landlord kindly waited for me, going above and beyond their policy that stated key collection only until 22:00. I truly appreciated their helpful and collaborative attitude, which made a significant difference for me during this unexpected situation. Their understanding and flexibility made the experience much more manageable, and I consider it an essential aspect of a positive hosting experience.
In general, I had no specific complaints as I was content with everything. However, there were occasional instances when the wifi signal was weak.
