The staff were very helpful, and they even upgraded us to a 3-bed apartment. The staff gave a discount voucher for ski rental. Parking was available on-site.
There were no local shops, so we had to drive down to Morzine centre. The apartment was not very clean when we arrived (cobwebs around the windows and there was even a dummy/pacifier under one of the beds). Location said it was 50m from Prodains Express lift, but it was more like 150m, but still very convenient for lifts. There was no oven/ grill in the apartment although there were 2 fridges (but only a tiny freezer).

It’s a place we’ve returned to three times. The staff are warm, helpful, accommodating, very welcoming. The accommodation is perfect for a ski week, great bar and pizza restaurant, which also serves many local dishes. Great Après ski pub as well! Superb value too! Nice to see so many local people there as well! Always a good sign!
Probably needs updating. But it’s clean and provides more than other ski hotels
