The space
Two-roomed and independent apartment with private terrace. Panoramic view of the beautiful Val di Vara and swimming pool. Located on the first floor of our structure.
Private bathroom, 4 bed places, equipped with TV, American kitchen, refrigerator, microwave, dishwasher, kettle and kitchen utensils.
Inside the structure there is a large garden to relax and spend the time in the swimming pool (shared only between the guests), under a beautiful sun and barbecue
In this apartment animals are not allowed.

Bain privé, 4 places lues, achalandé de TV, cuisine Américaine, lave-vaisselle, réfrigérateur, micro-ondes, bouilloire et outils de cuisine. À intérieur de la structure il y a un jardin ample pour se détendre et profiter des heures à passer à la piscine, seul partagée avec les hôtes, sous un beau soleil et barbecue.
Dans cet appartement pas si ils admettent animaux.

The apartments are not equipped with linen. On request will be provide the bed linen and towels and beach towels. Cost 25 € for two / three people, 35 € for 4-5 people. It requires respect for nature, gentle behavior towards other tenants who come to live the peace and quiet area who it feels among these hills. pets are just acceptable in one apartment and may not have access to common areas such as swimming pool and barbecue area. Operational swimming pool from mid-May.

The apartments are not equipped with linen. Upon request, sheets, towels, tablecloths, beach towels will be provided. Cost € 25 for two / three people, € 35 for 4-5 people.
Respect for nature is required, kind behavior towards the other tenants who come to feel the peace and quiet that masters these hills.
Pets accepted only in an apartment with three beds.
Pets cannot access common areas such as swimming pool and barbecue area.
Swimming pool operational from mid-May.
