Hotel Adria is a nice hotel run by a very nice family!
It is centrally located in Misano Adriatico and very close to the beach. There are plenty of shops and restaurants near the hotel. Nice area. The breakfast is of a normal standard and if you want something hot cooked, the staff will arrange it. I stayed here during a visit to MotoGP and it was a perfect location in relation to the course. You can walk from the hotel to the track (about 3 kilometers), or take a road train for 3 euros.

The room I was given was very small with a single bed. Happily, there was a balcony.
The shower in the bathroom/toilet was a disaster! Between the toilet and the sink there was a shower head on the wall. There was a shower curtain that ended far from the floor. When I took a shower, the toilet was flooded with water and water ran out over almost the entire floor. It was impossible to go to the toilet without getting wet on your feet after a shower. Of course, the toilet seat was also completely wet after the shower.
