We had an overall pleasant stay and would recommend this accommodation, especially considering the good value for money. One of the biggest advantages is its convenient location close to the metro, which made getting around the city very easy. We also appreciated the cleanliness – both the kitchen and the room were well-maintained. The host was very friendly, helpful, and accommodating throughout our stay, which made a positive difference.
Overall, despite a few drawbacks, our stay was enjoyable thanks to the good location, cleanliness, and kind host.
On the downside, the breakfast did not fully meet our expectations. There was no fresh pastry available, even though it was shown in the Booking offer. The towels were changed every two days, which we appreciated, but they were already quite worn out and could benefit from being fully replaced.
Additionally, we would not recommend the bunk bed for adults. It felt unstable, and even with two children aged 10 and 12, we were concerned it might not be sturdy enough.

Excellent accommodation in Napoli! 🇮🇹 The breakfast great in the little boxes we got. Particularly liked the Nutella! The kitchen is very well equipped with everything you might need and the dedicated shelves helps to store something in case you stay for more days.

This is a great place! The host was always at the other end of the phone, the beds were very comfortable and everything was clean and appealing. It’s nice that you have the use of a kitchen and tables for small meals.

It’s at 8 min from Salvatore Rosa metro station, which is very close to other central metro stations. The neighbourhood is safe, we walked at 9-10 pm without any issues. The breakfast is ok. The room and bathroom were enough for us, we stayed there only for sleep, and they look exactly as the pictures. The landlord is very nice and helpful, he leaves you a lot of info on the desk.
I gave it a 9, because there are still some things to be improved. The door of the shower cabin was not working properly. The bathroom radiator was child protected and set up at 19 degrees, even if outside were 10-12 degrees at night. And the cleanliness cannot be rated by 10. There was dust on the nightstands, the towels and the sheets can be renewed, they were pretty old. I was lucky I brought my own towels. Otherwise, was good for the price we paid. But I think if you go in the season, you’ll pay a bigger price for the same facilities.
