Fomos muito bem recebidas e tivemos toda ajuda, orientações e informações sobre como chegar, aonde ir, o que fazer e como se deslocar em Veneza antes e durante nossa estadia e todas as vezes que precisamos. A localização é perfeita, próxima às principais atrações e de bons restaurantes. A acomodação é confortável, limpa, silenciosa e bem equipada.
O banheiro não tem um boxe separado, nossa sugestão é que coloquem, pelo menos uma cortina, para que não molhe todo o banheiro quando se toma banho. Sugerimos também que melhorem a qualidade da internet, os pacotes de dados dos nossos celulares eram consumidos mesmo estando conectados ao Wi-Fi da acomodação. Mesmo sabendo que a acomodação tinha escadas, subir até o quarto andar com as bagagens foi um desafio.
