A fost foarte aproape de Mall. Proprietarii foarte ok, au raspuns de fiecare data la mesaje.
Mi-au placut capsulele de cafea pe care le-au lasat-o ptr noi, am apreciat ca erau Meinl.
Cand am ajuns era foarte frig, 16 grade. Cu greu s-a incalzit pana dimineata. Doar din a doua zi a ineput sa fie cald. Dar sa spunem ca asta nu a fost ceva neaparat intentionat, se mai intampla.
Ce m-a deranjat a fost faptul ca usa de la dormitor si de la baie nu se inchideau. Iarasi, faptul ca usa de la dormitor nu se inchidea, nu a fost un lucru foarte deranjant. Dar ce a fost detanjant, a fost faptul ca usa de la baie nu se inchidea. 3 zile a trebuit sa tinem usa cu piciorul ca sa stea inchisa. Asta nu a fost ok.
Ce nu mi-a placut iarasi, a fost faptul ca cestile de cafea erau puse in dulap murdare.

The pericentral location
The floors are cold, and the apartment feels damp because it is located on the ground floor above a non-insulated basement. There is mold in one corner of the bedroom.
Most of the furniture is way past the limit of its lifecycle (especially the one in the kitchen)
The walls were painted in a rush, over the light switches and non-flattened / fixed surfaces
The couch is greasy and dirty. The living room carpet should be washed.
You have to pay for parking all weekdays, 08-20 hours, and the spots are scarce (I recommend installing TPark Application, especially if you don't have a Romanian phone number to pay from)
All in all, this apartment is not worth 50Eu/night and not recommended in the cold season because of the dampness
