Q stay at 4 Rooms was overall good. The host himself was very responsive. The apartment is overall fine for the price! The location is fabulous, and the place was large and cosy. I would certainly come back, but only if some of the points above are addressed, which I am sure they will be.
The apartment could be a bit better. Unfortunately, during my stay, the buttons on the microwave didn’t work at all, so I was unable to reheat my food — and I did only notice as I was about to check out. And in terms of utensils for food, there were not any plates or utensils to heat or eat my food on. These are my only negative feedback.

The location is literally next to the Mosque so you'll look out the window and it's right there. It's a terrifically convenient location and easy to walk everywhere. The king room was large and the bed comfortable. There's a separate entrance area and a kitchenette area with a microwave, mini fridge and tea kettle. The bathroom has a separate shower room; the water was hot and abundant. The overall space needs a refresh or retake the photos for accuracy because the space is a bit tired. It was clean though! Bring an eye mask; the room was bright at night. There's a particularly troublesome bar downstairs and it was loud most every night so we awoke most nights when the noise started: Not the host's fault but just be aware. If you are looking for a budget stay, it was a good value. We stayed a week and the host had our room refreshed mid-way. You'll walk two flights of stairs to your room so it's not appropriate for those who can't climb stairs.
Needs a refresh to resemble the photos. Needs blackout curtains; it's really bright at night. Loud at night from a bar downstairs. A little bit of care by the host could make it a fantastic choice.

Communication with the host was great, the bedroom/living space area was nice and spacious, and the location was ideal.
The property is just in need of a bit of upkeep, especially in the kitchen and bathroom area, which seemed quite rundown and not very appealing, and I also found some rubbish left there, e.g. an empty wine bottle above the toilet. Also, none of the heaters seemed to work (apart from the main A/C unit), which meant it was freezing cold in the kitchen and bathroom. There were also very little facilities in the kitchen, e.g. no plates or bowls to eat from, very little cutlery. The front door lock is also quite temperamental: on a couple of occasions, the key almost got stuck in the lock. This is a shame, as the property host was nice and friendly, but a bit more care just needs to be taken to make the place as welcoming as possible.
