About this apartment rental
Appartamento Ramiro B is a welcoming apartment located in the center of Sorrento. It sleeps four people. It is approximately 50 square meters (540 square feet). It features a wide private terrace, air conditioning (please read description below to check in which rooms the units are installed) and WI-FI Internet access.
You will be in a limited traffic zone in the heart of Sorrento, where you will find restaurants, shops, public transportation and the tourist port. You will find the closest beach at roughly 700 meters (770 yards).
Appartamento Ramiro B is located on the first floor. You will reach it from the main entrance of the building going up a stairway which consists of approximately 25 steps. An elevator is available.
You will not need a car to stay at Appartamento Ramiro B. If you do have one, you will be able to park it downtown, for a fee, in a private parking lot. The parking space is suitable for small car (the size of a Fiat Punto or smaller). Private parking must be reserved ahead of time; we kindly ask you to let our staff know, so that we can make the necessary arrangements for you. If necessary, you can park larger cars for a fee in a public parking lot (where a space can not be reserved). Appartamento Ramiro B is one of the holiday homes available in a complex. The Ramiro apartments are part of a four story complex, consisting of three apartments, located in the center of the charming town of Sorrento.
The complex faces one of the main streets in Sorrento and it is only few steps away from the famous square Piazza Tasso, where you will find the main cafes in town.
Terrace
The terrace is 35 square meters (375 square feet) large. You will reach it by way of an elevator. It is equipped with a table, chairs and two deck chairs. From the terrace you will enjoy a nice view of the rooftops of Sorrento and of the mountains. You will share the terrace with the other guests staying at the complex.
Please kindly note. The rental price includes: electricity; linens; towels. To be paid at the property:final cleaning EUR 40.00. Tourist tax, paid locally: From April 1 to October 31: EUR 4.00 per person per night for the first 7 nights. Guests aged under 18 are exempt. Refundable security deposit paid cash upon arrival: EUR 100 (it is returned to you at check-out).

The terrace is 25 square meters (270 square feet) large. It is equipped with a table and chairs. From the terrace you will have a view of the surrounding buildings.
Living Room
The furnishings of the living room are simple and comfortable, and include a divan that unfolds into a double bed. In the living room you will also find a cooking area. The kitchenette is equipped with a four-burner gas cooker, an electric oven, a refrigerator with freezer, an Italian-style coffee-maker and a kettle. The dining table can accommodate four guests. In this room you will find a satellite television (local channels). The room has a Juliet balcony overlooking the terrace. It is equipped with an air conditioning/heating unit.
Bedroom with en-suite bathroom
You will be able to enter the bedroom from the living room. The bedroom has a matrimonial bed (160 cm/63 inches, wider than a queen-size bed). From the bedroom you will be able to enter the terrace through a double-glazed French door. The bedroom is equipped with an air conditioning/heating unit. This bedroom has an en-suite bathroom, equipped with a washbasin, a toilet, a fully enclosed shower and a hairdryer. Here you will also find a washing machine, an iron and an ironing board.

It was larger than we expected. It was spotlessly clean. Having a washing machine was a plus.
The location is perfect. You could make this your base camp for all of the Amalfi Coast. It is a short walk to the train station and there is a bus stop across the street. The grocery store across the street has everything you need, so no need to pack a lot of stuff. It is all priced for locals and not a tourist trap. They have wine and spirits also.
There is an elevator to the apartment, which is one flight up.
I would rather stay here than a hotel any time.

We stayed at Appartamento Ramiro B for four weeks. We loved it so much and would come back again.
Location was very central and on the main street of Sorrento.
The owner lived upstairs and was very helpful at all times and so easy to get along with!
