Loved the location, access to trails, and dog friendliness. Very clean, well stocked, very comfortable. Sound bar for tv didn’t work, but no big deal. Tv audio was fine.

Amazing views and location. Excellently equipped kitchen. Comfortable beds.
1 deck chair total for a six person house. Many dishes put away with food stuck to them. Expensive even for Sea Ranch.

It was a beautiful home in a wonderful location. (We have been coming to TSR for 48 years.) The only problem was some ants in the kitchen, that took some doing to get rid of. An also some other bugs on the floor, etc. Not any enormous issues though.

exceptional location, great house with incredible views. The house had every conceivable amenity. The kitchen even had an Instant pot, a sandwich grill and a Nespresso machine. The hot tub was great. The oversize shower and bathtub were great. the big beds were comfortable. Access to the community pool and community hiking paths and trails was great.
well, nothing would lower my 10 out of 10 rating. However, the house, like so many at the sea ranch, is showing its age. The sliding door to the deck was out of order. Both fireplaces were out of order. The door off the master bedroom did not work because the handle broke off. signs of wear and tear were evident.
