The holiday home, built in 2007 and renovated in 2015, is a semi-detached house and is furnished in a modern, luxurious, and typical local style. The property is located in the town centre. The domicile is also popular due to its quiet and sunny location. Available for exclusive use are: lawn, sunshade, sun lounger, barbecue facilities, terrace, and garden furniture.

Your holiday house consists of 2 floors, 4 rooms (from which 3 bedrooms), is 100 sqm and can accommodate up to 6 persons. Smoking is not permitted inside the rooms. On colder days your holiday house can be heated with central heating (gas) and underfloor heating. The entrance leads over 1 step directly in the hallway with wardrobe and doors to all rooms. The rooms are divided as follows:
Ground floor: Living room 40 sqm and with fireplace, lounge, dinette, TV, DVD, stereo system, radio, CD and Access to the terrace with garden. The dinette offers space for 6 persons. You have access to the 20 sqm terrace with garden furniture, 1 table, 6 chairs, 2 sunloungers and parasol. American kitchen in the eat-in kitchen with dinette, dishwasher, electric cooker (ceramic stove top, 4 plates), oven, exhaust hood, refrigerator (220 l, freezer), microwave, coffee machine, toaster, electric water boiler and An egg cooker is available.
