The domicile is popular due to the view of the sea from the property and its quiet and sunny location. Available for exclusive use: barbecue facilities and terrace.

You have access to the terrace. Separate toilet with 1 washbasin, WC and washing machine.
1st floor: Bedroom 16 sqm and with 1 double bed. You have access to the balcony. Bedroom 12 sqm and with 2 single beds. You have access to the balcony. Gallery 8 sqm and with lounge and Loggia. Bathroom not heatable and with bathtub with shower, 1 washbasin and WC.
