Very friendly owner. A comfortable and quiet room with excellent bathroom. My stay was in winter and the room was comfortably warm. A few minutes walk from town centre

Very friendly guest house in a perfect location in the heart of Piacenza, close to local bars and restaurants and an easy walk from beautiful churches, palazzos etc. Clean, comfortable rooms, some with shared balcony, with amazing views over the city rooftops. There’s a spacious reception area where you can have coffee, leave luggage and chill out. The host is super friendly and welcoming and can recommend great restaurants. A very good Piacenza address!
As in many places, be aware that the host probably won’t be around to let you in, so you need to phone for codes etc. Even so, remote check in was simple and straightforward.

Location is very central. Room has a good size.
WiFi was not working and the staff just couldnt fix it. This was a massive problem for something that was included in the stay. There was no partial refund. Just unacceptable.
