Authentic experience in Cyprus
We have been using Booking for years and after dozens of accommodations we have become quite categorical about what we like and what we don't like
This accommodation ticks all our boxes
It is 50 m from the beach
You wake up in the greenery of Mediterranean pine trees
and with the authentic smell of lemons growing next to the apartment
By the way, the staff allows you to pick lemons and make fresh lemonade which we used a lot
In the apartments on the upper floor you have 3 terraces, 2 of which are large and you can see the sea (I'm not sure if every apartment has a sea view - we were in number 23)
The apartment is nicely decorated, clean, you have everything you need
The staff is very friendly, they change towels every 2-3 days
We were welcomed in the fridge with a couple of bottles of water which was extremely thoughtful
Shops and restaurants are within the first 100 meters
The promenade is probably the most beautiful in Cyprus 100 meters from the apartment
Mostly everything is close and yet you have a nice quietness and a dose of privacy
Since checkout is at 11 and we had a transfer to the airport at 14h, Vlasbik was kind and without hesitation offered us to stay longer in the apartment, which really convinced us of Cypriot hospitality

Location is excellent. Supermarket is one minute away, beach and promenade also 1 minute. There are several restaurants around.
Apartment has very nice terrace. We got toileters and towels, air conditioning was very good and easy adjustuble. Everything is strollers friendly. There is parking spaces if you decide to rent a car.
Toilet is bad. You have to god down 4 steps right from the toilet doors. Then shower sink didn't work at all.

Location is amazing, literally 3 min to the beach, very quiet and peaceful. Staff very friendly and careful to make sure we had everything we need. Would definitely come back next time
All the lighting...very bright and cold lights. We would have prefered more warmer lights, for a more homey feeling.

We liked two things:
- great location, close to the beach and shopping area
- the room was clean, the towels were changed every second day
We arrived late, all the shops were closed and we didn't have water in the room. A bottle of water would be a nice touch.
The furniture is old, the light in one room wasn't working.
In the kitchen there is one pot and one pan, so if you plan to cook you are limited. In other places we've been in Cyprus we had salt, pepper, sugar oil, water, tea, coffee and some fruits in the room. In Flisvos...nothing.
