Es gab eine schöne Terrasse und zudem ist die Lage der Wohnung schön und nah am Ortszentrum gelegen.
Die Wohnung ist in einem allgemein schlechten Zustand - beispielsweise besitzt das Bad weder eine Lüftung noch ein Fenster. Um zu dem Bad zu gelangen, muss man zwei der Schlafzimmer durchqueren. Außerdem ist ständig der Deckel der Klospülung abgefallen. Viele Möbel sollten erneuert werden, z.B. das Doppelbett im Schlafzimmer, sowie das Sofa und die Kissen. Die Stühle auf der Terrasse sind sehr alt und bei einem Stuhl ist plötzlich das Bein weggebrochen. Zudem wurde ein freier Zugang zum Schwimmbad versprochen, jedoch wurde nicht erwähnt, dass es hierbei viele Restriktionen gibt: Badekappen müssen genutzt werden, nur 4 Personen dürfen gleichzeitig den Pool betreten und man muss sich vorher in eine Liste eintragen.
