Chalet with an excellent location for a carless holiday.
In the center with easy access all year.
2 double bedrooms,
1 bedroom with 2 single beds and one pull out bed,
1 bedroom with 2 single beds .
1 bathroom with bath/overhead shower, sink and toilet,
1 bathroom with shower, sink and toilet.
Laundry room with washing machine, dryer and ironing board.
Garage for 1 car + 1 outdoor parking space in front of the garage
TV with HDMI conection, WIFI & table football.

The kitchen:
Ceramic hob, Oven, microwave, Delizio coffee machine (capsules can be bought in Nendaz), kettle, toaster, raclette and fondue set.
At less then 100m:
Supermarket COOP and Migros
Pharmacy and medical center
Playground and nursery (18 months to 4 years)
Funicular that takes you to the gondola (free)
The rental shop and ski school
Bus stop if you come by public transport

L’emplacement du chalet ainsi que les chambres spacieuses. Un chalet à relouer.
Un hottube ou un whirlpool à l‘extérieur serait un atout.

Perfekt läge och utrustning av huset för två aktiva familjer med barn i åldrarna 11-14. Mycket nära fotbolls/basketplan, utomhuspool, lekplats, kabinbana, affär, restauranger och spa. Fotbollsspel, Board games, pingisbord, filmer och xbox i huset. Gott om plats.

we liked the chalet with the space for 8 persons max.
the location and vieuw is superb !
nearby the ski-lift Tracouet, the Alpine Shop for rental ski equipment, the Coop in the street.
the garage for 1 car and the parking place in front of the garage.
there are 2 bath rooms, which are suitable for 8 persons but not for 10 persons.
a 3d bathroom would be an upgrade.
we had no bath mats to come out of the shower and bath, was not included in the linen suply.
there was lack of a good coffee machine !
