In a chalet with 6 apartments (1968), located on the Crêt du Merle road. 270 m from ski slopes and 1.5 km from the village center. Served by ski buses 150 meters away. View of Beauregard. Quiet.

LIVING ROOM: 28 m2 (tiled floor) 1 RAPIDO sofa bed 2 persons (140), armchairs, television, DVD player, soundbar, one north window and west, a French door leading to a west terrace (13 m2) with garden furniture.
EQUIPPED KITCHEN AREA: (tiled floor), sink, 3 induction hob, electric oven, refrigerator conservation section 120 l, dishwasher, washer-dryer, microwave, raclette and fondue appliance, capsule coffee maker, elements with all necessary kitchen items,
BEDROOM: 13.73 m2 (carpet floor) 1 single bed (160), 2 bunk beds (90), wardrobe-closet, north window.
Not accessible to people with reduced mobility.
Optional services not included:
- No pets allowed
- Arrival outside of opening hours
- Credit card deposit upon key handover (€600)
- Rental of sheets, pillowcases, towels, bath mats, dish towels: email sent 20 days before arrival to order linen (order to be placed no later than 10 days before arrival).
- Baby equipment: to be ordered and picked up at Pressing des Aravis
- End-of-stay cleaning, package according to the accommodation surface area (€50 to €150), to be ordered 3 days before departure,

The apartment has a good location for access to both slopes and village (you need a vehicle for the latter). We enjoyed the comfortable lounge/dining space and really appreciated the soundbar, internet and the very well-equipped kitchen.
The bedroom is somewhat cramped with a double and bunk bed and we would agree with other reviewers that the double bed is a little uncomfortable, but unless you have a back issue, this shouldn’t be a problem.
The apartment is on the ground floor and consequently there is some noise from the upstairs apartment(s), but the rules about making noise are strict enough for it not to be a huge problem.
Ours was a last-minute booking and initially the many e-mails from the agency were a lot to work through in a short time, but the system works well, so be sure to read their guidelines and instructions. The staff we dealt with (mainly Marion) was exceptionally helpful.
In our view, the towel and linen rental cost is fairly high (no hand towels & shower mat included in the package). However, the quality was decent, so a good option if you’re not able to bring your own.
Overall, a very pleasant stay.

Logement au calme avec une belle vue dégagée et une terrasse .Grandes pièces, Tres bien équipé, divers appareils ménagers, machine à laver, four. Le tout en parfait état. Deco agréable. On s y sent comme chez soi!

Un peu loin de centre village quand on a pas de voiture les navettes ne passent pas très souvent et tard dans la soirée
