Location and space. Kindness of the owner.
Upper floor needed more heating but was a matter of config. But manageable.

Good location easily walkable from station and town. Comfortable beds and sofas. Well equipped kitchen. Bottle of wine on arrival nice gesture. Clean and well presented property
The stairs are very narrow, shallow and steep. Would not want to stay there with young children. The shower temperature was a bit irrational. Although kitchen well equipped the glasses and mugs were quite small.

The house is modern and quite nice. The location is a short walk away from the old town area. The neighborhood is residential and quite peaceful apart from the trains going in front of the house.
The property owner/manager was responsive, when we faced issues.
Neither the bathroom, nor the toilet has a door lock. Coordinating the bathroom schedule with a big group was a challenge I wasn't expecting to face on a vacation.
There were no toiletries provided, apart from the toilet paper. I went back to the property description, which states that they should be provided. Once we mentioned this to the property manager, they provided us with some handwash bottles within a few hours.
The electric kettle in the kitchen was not cleaned and still had remains of whatever the last occupants had used it for (probably for warming milk). The property manager replaced it the next day, when we pointed it out.
