The location was excellent. It is ideal for families who have a member in Morriston Hospital for any length of time and need to stay nearby rather than travel long distances. It is a 9 mins drive. Property could sleep seven. Good kitchen. Large bathroom with shower over bath. Lovely towels and toiletries provided. The cottage had good heating and was always warm. Quiet location with street parking outside the door. Good info about waste collection and good waste recycling bins provided. The letting agency telephoned a few times to check that everything was ok and were very helpful.
Property could do with a good coat of paint as the walls and skirtings needed a freshening up. There was a rotten skirting board next to the bath which needs replacing. Wall clock in the lounge was not working, probably needed a battery. Double bed mattress could do with being replaced. Single bed mattresses need checking.

Great location and spacious property, ideal location and parking was ok on the road outside. Kitchen had everything you needed .
Bedding and towels all clean. Soap and kitchen cleaning products supplied.
Nice touch dropping some Easter eggs off during our stay with it being over Easter weekend.
Property was tired and could do with some tlc. Worktop in kitchen was damaged and really worn. Extractor fan didn’t work and freezer could do with defrosting. Kettle didn’t work but company replaced that day.
Reviews since 2024 said double bed was uncomfortable and needed replacing, same still applies now as springs not great.
We had issues with the tv connecting to anything and remotes not having batteries. Contacted company who were very helpful however still unable to watch any tv during 4 night stay as gave up.
