About this apartment rental
The apartment is located on the ground floor of a beautiful 2 family house.
The row middle house is super central, but still very quiet.
You can reach the Neustadt main station as well as the market square and the old town with pubs, restaurants, cinema and all shops in 10 minutes on foot.
In 15 minutes you are on foot in the beautiful Palatinate Forest and on the Sonnenweg with great hiking trails and Wolfsburg as a destination. The apartment is generously distributed over 2 floors. On the upper floor there is the kitchen, the guest toilet, the dining and living room with a covered balcony (morning sun) and a beautiful view of Neustadt. In the sofa corner of the living room there is also a sofa bed that can be folded out into a double bed in the size of 1.40m by 2m. You can reach the lower floor via a spiral staircase or the external staircase. There are the two bedrooms: a large bedroom with a double bed measuring 1.80m by 2m with a view of the garden and the small bedroom with a single bed and door to the terrace and garden, as well as the bathroom with shower and toilet and the hall with cloakroom and storage space.
The apartment is ideal for individuals or couples who like space and space, for families or small groups.
Musicians are also very welcome on concert tours, you can rehearse and play music. A keyboard is available. On request, I can also organize a rehearsal room with grand piano in the nearby music school (10 minutes on foot).

A delightful apartment that was perfect for our stay (3 work colleagues) for a conference held at the Saalbau. Within walking distance to the train station and town, with lovely views. Nicole was a very nice host who provided excellent communication in advance of our arrival. I’d definitely stay here again if I’m in Neustadt.

Wir haben die Wohnung zu dritt genutzt ,es war ausreichen Platz und wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Der Blick, sowie der Garten sind sehr schön.

Wir haben vom 8.8. bis zum 15.8. zu zweit eine Woche in der Wohnung zugebracht und uns von Anfang an sehr wohl gefühlt.
Die Wohnung ist sehr sauber, verfügt über ein großes Wohnzimmer und zwei Schlafzimmer, die auch trotz der großen Hitze draußen (bis 36°) angenehm kühl blieben. Schön ist auch der Balkon mit Morgensonne und einem Blick über Neustadt und auf die gegenüberliegenden Weinberge. Es war alles da, was man für einen Ferienaufenthalt braucht - besonders auch in der Küche.
Die Innenstadt lässt sich gut zu Fuß erreichen, sodass wir den Wagen oft haben stehen lassen. Auch Wanderungen kann man direkt vom Haus aus unternehmen, z.B. sind wir in ca. 1,5 h zum Hambacher Schloss gewandert. Mit dem Parkplatz muss man ein wenig Glück haben, wir haben aber immer etwas in der Straße gefunden.
Die Vermieterin ist sehr zuvorkommend; dass wir z.B. drei Stunden vor der vereinbarten Zeit schon vor Ort waren, stellte kein Problem dar.
Insgesamt kann man die Wohnung nur empfehlen - sollten wir einmal wieder in die Pfalz kommen, würden wir sicher wieder gern dort übernachten.
