The location is excellent, restaurants, pubs and shops close by. The house is warm and cosy, wifi's good, TV's got Netflix and you can use it as a bluetooth speaker for your Spotify. Good bathroom.
It's really well-loved and obviously well-used - places where the paintwork and decor have seen better days, carpets upstairs could do with a clean and the kitchen, in terms of utensils, pans and crockery, could do with a refresh. The shower - having run too hot last time - is now perfect!

Cosy, everything clean, new, and close to everything
Not being able to increase the heater of the flat, it was only at a maximum of 22• but I got a lot of cold clothes and everything went well

Location couldn't be better, central and surrounded by shops, cafes and restaurants. The property is well-equipped and, while compact, there's plenty of space. It's comfortable and relaxing, the heating's easy to manage and the wifi is strong.
Small things - it's clearly well-loved and well-used, and therefore there's a bit of wear and tear and the carpets on the stairs and upstairs could probably do with a clean sometime in the future. The bathroom's nicely done and a pleasant place to be - again a small thing, the shower's really (really) hot and we couldn't work out how to turn it down!

Location and provision of cot
No parking, but i knew this, but for 2 kids ages 1 & 2, it was not suitable as it was not child friendly. Too many charp corners, gaps in tlle in Kitched and hole near floorboard not filled in hallway upstairs, all places where kids are drawn to and could hurt themselves.
