Slide doors closes really hard

The lock box is hidden behind the pillar - but that is ok for security. Was confusing the first time but was fine. No issue.
The big issue was that we arrived at 5.30pm and the cleaners had only just started cleaning the property despite check in being at 3.30pm. This was annoying considering we had been travelling for 23 hours and have never experienced this problem before given we stay normally at high end hotels. The cleaners suggested we leave our luggage in the room and wander around - however we didn't feel comfortable and just wanted to settle in and enjoy the start of our holiday which we couldn't. Instead we hung around in the lobby downstairs where there were 2 seats. We were 4 people. The host apologised via text (seemed tokenistic) with no follow through. Our booking was for 6 nights so we were paying a lot of money and would have appreciated some gesture to "make good" the wasting of our time. Expectations are high when you are paying for high end facilities. This is something the owner must resolve with the hosts to ensure the check in process is seamless for guests. Putting this issue aside we can say with confidence that the apartment is very spacious, lots of natural light, lovely furniture, wonderful beds. Great veranda with nice suburban view. The back room does have noise issues - namely loud jazz bar next door. The jazz music was nice so we didn't care. The issue for us was that after the bar closed around 4am you can hear washing/ dryers/ bangs here and there. So for a light sleeper that was not good. So we swapped with daughter to front room. Street traffic noises was not a problem. So all in all we did like it. The only other issue was that we found the front door to the building open a few times late at night- this would mean some residents did not close the door property when they entered or left so could be a security issue. Something owners should report to building committee. However Kolonaki generally is pretty safe despite some crime incidents recently. Stay was good. Would stay again.

El apartamento se ajustaba a la descripción, está bien situado a 15/20 minutos del parlamento/ y barrio de Plaka. Hay cuestas en el último tramo pero se camina bien. La zona es tranquila y la escogimos por experiencia previa para alejarnos un poco del casco antiguo. El apartamento muy bien con baños individuales para cada habitación y disponía de otro aseo más. El portal/ascensor y escaleras anticuados.
Cuando llegamos (16,15 horas, el compromiso de entrada las 16) nos encontramos con un apartamento sin limpiar ni recoger, con ropa de cama y toallas tiradas por el suelo.Aunque llegó en ese momento una persona de la limpieza y lo dejo muy limpio mientras nosotros nos fuimos a dar un paseo.
Todo resultó muy desagradable aunque corregido por la persona que hizo la limpieza.
También pusimos en conocimiento de la propiedad 3/4 problemas relacionados con el estado de determinados materiales que no fueron resueltos..Enviamos fotos.
