About this house rental
The apartment is fully equipped and is located on the ground floor. There is a large garden with a patio and a covered balcony. The apartment has 2 separate bedrooms. One room with double bed and the other with loft bed. The living room has a sofa bed for emergencies or Short-term visitors. The bathroom and the apartment are mostly barrier-free. Due to the south of the apartment there is a lot of sun. Parking is available and if desired wheels and motorcycles can be parked in the garage.

Although this property is in a small village, it's actually walk able to 2 nearby small towns with good facilities, and only a couple of minutes drive to supermarkets. There is a very good gasthoff within 5 minutes walk as well. Klemens the owner is very easy going too, which makes the stay all the better.
