The location was great and right next to the town beach and a water taxi to a nearby island. The hosts were wonderful as well, with an added touch of kindness at arrival with some little cheesecake dishes! The place was clean and bright and we loved having screens in the windows above the doors. There was a nice little kitchen alcove and the balcony table and chairs worked well for eating meals. A good restaurant was 2 doors away and a well stocked little market was a 2 minute walk away. It was quiet, except for the lovely sound of the waves. It was off the main street traffic, but close enough to walk to town along the nearby main street.
Don't know if they can change it and have seen this in other places on the island too, but the shower is not separated from the rest of the bathroom except for a low wall. The water tends to hit that and splashes kind of all over the place. The only other issue is that the bed was too hard for me to sleep well, but my husband did fine with it. That being said, he is taller than me (about 6 feet tall) and the bed was just about long enough for him with his feet brushing up against the foot board. We stayed upstairs in room 2 and the other upstairs room (1) had a much better view out of the balcony. Trees blocked a good portion of our view.

We had such a wonderful time staying with Stella and Sotiris! Arrival was easy and flexible, and as we arrived late there was a sign with our names on the door along with the key making it clear where to go. The location is perfect - literally right on the (very nice) beach! You can go for a morning swim and then have breakfast on the balcony. The apartment is small but have what you need for simple cooking and storing food. The apartment also gets cleaned every day.
Stella made such and effort to ensure we had a nice time and helped us with whatever we needed, and we so appreciated our time there. It's a very special place and I highly recommend it!

Our 2nd stay with Stella and Sotiris - this time in an upstairs studio, smaller than the downstairs ones BUT better views and no disturbance from people parking their vehicles, Lovely traditional studios situated directly on Myrties beach 2 minutes from the Telendos ferry jetty, Highly recommended - we will be back,
Some shade for the upstairs terraces would be good - downstairs are naturally shaded - but upstairs catches the full sun all afternoon - even in mid September it was fierce,

The owners are very friendly! And it’s clean
It’s very outdated and there is a smell in the bathroom! It’s supposed to have a sea view but there is a big tree at the front which hides the view!
