Central location, great host and the apartment facilities were comfortable. Free parking within approx 50m.
It's a small thing but we did not notice that the description does not mention WiFi (incorrectly we assumed all accommodation these days has WiFi). There is no WiFi available at all (paid or free), which seemed unusual considering the implication that this is a "prestige" level of accommodation.
Some of the surface finishes, furniture and fittings are getting fairly old and in places really worn out. OK, our stay was at the "end of the season" but these things looked like they've been like that for years. It's clearly in need of some reinvestment and it was not what we expected for the price or when name of the apartment has the word "Elegant" in it.

The apparent looks very nice and is very comfortable. There's a sound system, TV, washing machine, AC, etc... It's also in an amazing location, right next to the Porto Ercole port with lots of coffee places and restaurants. For a quick lunch the sandwich club which is just around the corner is amazing đź‘Ť
There is no WiFi in the apartment. That's my only tiny gripe.
