The hot tub is lovely. The owner is really nice and understanding too. The place in itself is beautiful. And my special requirements were met down to a t was very appreciated.
The manager was very aggressive towards me and my partner-more so me. To the point she followed me to my car swearing and shouting demanding an apology for the problem she caused herself the night before. Even tried to throw snow in my face and stuck her fingers up at me. Just terrible immaturity to be honest. I’m a paying customer and I don’t take kindly to that at all.
