Very spacious and a great location.
There was a few issues in the main bathroom. The shower head was too loose and would not stay upright so had to be hand held. The access hatch to pipes kept falling off the wall.

The flat is spacious, comfortable and convenient. It had everything we needed to spend a few days skiing in bansko. Getting to the gondola is less than a 5 minute walk and when you return home there's everything you require to cook dinner for a family.
Polina was always available to solve any queries we might have had.
That we couldn't stay longer :)

We had an excellent stay at Polina and Dima’s apartment. The place is modern, tastefully minimalist, and not cluttered like many other rentals. At the same time, it has everything you need, and thanks to the generous layout you never feel cramped. The large windows bring in a lot of natural light, which makes the apartment feel bright throughout the day.
The heating works very well, so the apartment was always comfortably warm. The internet was fast — important for me because I was working during my stay. I was pleasantly surprised by how comfortable the living room was for longer working sessions, even though it’s not a dedicated office space. The couch is also very comfortable, perfect for relaxing in between tasks.
The location couldn’t be better: quiet and peaceful, yet only a 10-minute walk from the town center with restaurants, shops, and everything you might need. There is also a small grocery store just around the corner, which was very convenient. For guests without a car, it’s great that you can start hikes directly from the apartment — something we really enjoyed. And taxis are easy to get if you want to explore further.
What truly made the stay exceptional were the hosts. Polina and Dima live in the same building, so if you ever need anything, they’re immediately available. Communication was excellent; they always replied within minutes. Most importantly, they made us feel more like friends visiting rather than just guests. Their warmth and genuine care for their place and their guests made a big difference. We also loved meeting the dogs they look after — they greeted us every day and added a lovely touch to the stay.
Overall, this apartment is highly recommended. Great space, perfect location, and truly outstanding hosts.

Poziție excelentă aproape de centru, cafenele și restaurant"Station" unde am mâncat foarte bine! Gazda comunica in permanenta rezolvând toate micutele probleme, mereu serviabilă! Acces la balcon din cele 2 dormitoare și din living!
Patul din dormitorul mare scârțâie la orice mișcare în schimb canapea din sufragerie este foarte încăpătoare și comoda așa că am făcut schimb! Apartament pe răsărit, draperii transparente, ...trezire matinala!
