I had a great experience at this place! Although the location is a bit far from the city center, the area is very safe and peaceful. There’s free parking available nearby, which was a big plus, and public transportation makes it easy to get around. The apartment was very clean and well-maintained. There are plenty of restaurants and cafes in the neighborhood, which made dining out very convenient. The facilities were excellent, and most importantly, the people were incredibly friendly and helpful. I would definitely stay here again!

Staff was very nice, friendly and polite.
Parking is right in front of the house and also next to the house.
There is view from the window to a beautifull church.
When we were there caffe bar wasn't working, but it seemed very nice.
Rooma are very nicely and modernly furnished. Also, from outside house looks very nice.
Novi Sad is great, I think that is widely known and goes without saying.
We took two rooms. One had only window on the ceeling. It was like bunker. And because of that air conditioning needs to run all night and that was a bit bad...
Also, we found cockroach.

Very nice staff, not perfect but really good for the money.
The bathroom was quiet unmaintained, the toilet bowl was not properly secured.

Spacious room, clean and new. The quality exceeded my expectations. I didn't have breakfast, and the location itself is far from the city center, but it's a nice environment - churches and a student dormitory. Very friendly staff.
