A first‑floor bathroom with shower over bath and an additional shower room support the property, sleeping up to fifteen guests. The ground floor includes a well-equipped kitchen with Gas AGA, dining room, sitting room with Smart TV, utility and WC. There is also a second sitting room with Smart TV on the first floor. Outside is a back yard and unrestricted on‑road parking. Perfect for a family reunion by the beach. Note: No hen, stag or similar parties.

Marine Beach is a sandy and pebbly beach, and walkers will love ambling along this beautiful coastline.
