The dining area opens on a big private terrace of 50 square meters giving on the vicinity of piazza Santa Croce, of which you can enjoy part of the facade, as well as the National Library building and the typical Florentine roofs and tower houses. Great spot in downtown Florence! Plenty of room for three couples to spend together and bedrooms were large enough to feel comfortable. Walk out door and one could walk anywhere to explore the sights and heart of Florence.

I’d give this place 10 stars for the house, the property manager and cleanliness but we started our trip off horribly upon arrival. We loved everything about our trip but arrived after the office closed and had no where to go the first night of our stay. We were visiting my daughter who is studying abroad (in a tiny apartment with 8 roommates) so luckily my family of six, after traveling for two days slept on her floor the first night. We were literally stuck in another country with no where to go until 10:30 at night. That isn’t ok and we were very scared! Everything was closed and no one answered our calls. We were finally let in the house around 1:00PM the next day so we were all aggravated and tired! So make sure you communicate constantly while traveling on a plane with no WiFi the day of check in. My only complain is that the owner doesn’t ever communicate with you and will leave you out in the cold if you can’t arrive during office hours. We never talked to them and still haven’t. The house was perfect, the property manager was great and we really loved everything about the house! It is beautiful, clean and the location was excellent. I read in other reviews that there was a leak in the bathroom and it was still there during our trip. Not a big deal…I loved this house so much but keeping us out the first night was really careless. I would have been really freaked out if I had smaller children or wasn’t with my husband and older kids! House great but checkin not!

Spent 5 nights in this great property. Very convenient to a local grocery store and nice cafe. The terrace in the mornings and evenings was the best.
I'd stay here again!

The place was fabulous. I would have given all 5 stars but we could not get in the apartment till 3.30pm and even then the cleaner hadn't finished and the poor girl was trying to wash the white floors with us marooned in one bedroom. The gentleman who let us in was in no way apologetic and wanted us to come back later even though we had been travelling since 3am. So the place was only let down by this first contact which can be an important impression in the mind of a guest.
Apart from that I would say stay there but make sure beforehand that it is going to be ready. ( although I thought I had done that)
