Puffin Cottage is a pretty, detached, single storey cottage in the heart of the Devon village of Hawkchurch. The cottage sleeps four people (maximum of 3 adults) in two bedrooms (a king size double and a single, with pull out truckle bed for a child), with a bathroom. Down three steps is the open plan living area with seating area with multi-fuel stove, dining area and kitchen. Outside is a patio with furniture and pretty lawn garden with pond, plus a smaller lawn with loungers. Just 200 yards from the village pub, Puffin Cottage is an excellent and peaceful base for an interesting holiday in Devon. This property sleeps a maximum of 3 adults. Two well behaved dogs welcome.
Amenities: Central heating, underfloor heating with wood burning stove. Microwave, fridge-freezer, washing machine, dishwasher, TV with DVD, WiFi. Fuel and power inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Cot and highchair available on request. Off road parking for two cars. Well defined garden but not 100% secure for more persistent dogs. Two well-behaved dogs welcome. Sorry, no smoking. Pub less than 1 mile from property. Note: There is a unfenced pond within the grounds. Note: This property sleeps a maximum of 3 adults.
