• Please note we don't provide beach towels
• For March 1st to May 1st the minimum age requirement for check-in is 25 years old.
House rules
• For same day late check-ins, you need to get the host's approval before booking.
• NO SMOKING in unit/house as well as the balcony. Any violation of the smoking policy will incur a $250.00 fine plus the cleaning costs necessary to remove smoke odors from the unit/house and/or linens.
• Quiet hours are observed from 10 pm-8 am. Violators will be charged a $200 fine.
• The condominium association has a STRICT "No Pets" policy. This applies to emotional support animals as they are not covered by ADA. Only ADA compliant service dogs are allowed according to Federal Law.
• Please note: We are not responsible for any accidents, injuries, as well as stolen or damaged items that occur while on the premises, its facilities, or parking lots.
• Traveler must be at least 22 years of age to make a reservation.
• State Identification Card or Driver License copy will be requested upon booking.
• No parties or events: Violators will be charged a $500 fine.

The condo is spacious for our entire family, easy access to the beach, indoor pool was nice when it rained. There were several outlets that did not work throughout the condo and there was a problem with the hot water in the kitchen not always working. I would recommend having regular table somewhere for people that cannot climb on high stools. Overall we had a great family vacation and would recommend to others.

Pros:
View!!!! Breathtaking, spacious corner balcony
Romar place as a whole (excellent grounds keeping/cleaning, heated indoor pool with lovely skylight, hot tub, beautiful outdoor pool, very close to the beach/easy access, quick elevators, friendly staff)
Affordable- great amenities for the price
Enough space for 6 people, great layout in condo
Washer dryer/good space in laundry room
Hosteeva- Great customer service
They actually provided enough linens for the 6 of us for 3 nights
Fun closet full of chairs, boogie boards and beach umbrella
Cons:
Terrible cell reception
HORRIBLE wifi
Kitchen (no lights in kitchen, not enough basic tools such as baking sheet or pizza cutter, terrible appliances -took at least 30 minutes to preheat the oven and then food came out frozen after more than the time on the package, no pantry space for snacks, had to use the laundry room for this function)
Entry - code in email didn't work, had to call to have reset. This was done quickly and the customer service was great.

Awesome view from a nice 3 bedroom condo on the fourth floor. Had an issue getting in but one phone call and it was resolved. The door safety latch was broke and that was fixed the next day. Unit has old but high quality cookwear and full kitchen utensils. Although cooler than normal the views were awesome from the patio/deck.
