Very good location in the city center, close to the train station. Good communication. Clean and tidy. Daily cleaning.

It can get a bit noisy from the hallway and between the rooms

The accommodation is in the center of La Spezia, at 10 min walking from main train station and easy to access main attractions of La Spezia, including restaurants, shops (next to the location), etc. The room was clean and had everything I needed for my stay.

Communication with staff was very poor. I haven't received any notification from them with instructions on check-in. I wrote on Booking to them one day before and in the morning of arrival day and no answer. I wrote to them on WhatsApp as well in the morning (phone from the reservation confirmation) and no answer. I arrived at the location, called on the phone and got no answer. I had to call back and in the end a guy answered and gave me the instructions but still difficult communication, he was not sure about my reservation, which was my room (asked me to send him print screen of the reservation, etc). This is very low customer experience for a location that would like to be a 4*. Secondly, the location is quite noisy. There was small reception room with desk and a phone in front of my room door (but no one there) – both nights at approx. 11:00 pm the phone started to ring loudly and continuously, then people coming to pick their keys for other rooms, speaking loudly, probably at the phone with the staff. There was a lot of noise coming from outside too, so had to stay with windows closed during night (late in the evening there is noise from the main street, restaurants, tourists and very early in the morning there was huge noise coming from the opened fish and food market next to the location).
