Lovely location close to a race event I was participating in

We like everything since arrival: easy parking, well mantained area, location close to the beach, with showers and good entrance to the sea, very nice and attentive staff, help with our luggage, beach towel service, pool, small supermarket in the area, and easy 25 minutes coastal walk to the city center of Porec.

The whole complex is situated in the park. We could stroll by the sea in both directions without being overwhelmed by huge hotels or crowds. The City of Porec is within a convenient ~20-minute walking distance. And there is an even longer walk through the park to Green Bay for those who love walking by the seaside.
Bike and walking trails are shared, so I didn't like having to step aside to let bikes pass all the time.

there is no beach.its a edge of the area in beton and wokrs like a beach. there is no sand.moreover everthing is clean and tidy
The extra charge for the dogs was ridiculously expensive — €17 per dog.
If they had actually cleaned the room, I could kind of understand it.
Moreover, there was no extra cleaning, not even hoovering.
They only brought us fresh towels every day.
The room price for the time I went (late October) was very fair.
But to pay four times that price in the summer season for the same room?
Definitely not!
