Petra and her staff were WONDERFUL. This is a nice family hotel that makes you feel like your in Germany... not a standard sterile chain hotel. The room was just the right size, had everything you needed and felt cozy. The hotel was easy to reach by foot from the train station. It is on a quiet side street yet a 1 minute walk to the Oberstraße and 2 minutes to the Rheinstraße.
Nothing... but maybe also include a bit of liverwurst at breakfast 😀.

Location is really good. The check-in times were a bit restrictive, but the reception team were accommodative.
The room was overall decent, but little things like imperfect cleaning or a lack of kettle were a tad inconvenient. Unfortunately, the check-out team’s behaviour (going back on arrangements made the previous night) left a sour note in the mouth, which made the other minor shortcomings seem worse.
