City centre Eyre Square top floor apartment overlooking the central square is a must for any group looking for a short stay. It's bright and light and a moment's walk from everything that Galway has to offer.

The Space:
There are three double beds , sleeping 6 people. Ideal for friends and small family groups . High speed Wi-Fi, Smart Tv only- No Local channels. There is a kitchen space with hob (no oven) and small fridge and microwave. Strictly no under 25s unless travelling with family. Located on the top floor, this newly updated listing boasts a clean, bright design and comfy furnishings.
Right in the heart of the city, you'll be surprised how quiet it is, given its location. The property has an open living/dining/kitchen space that leads to 2 bedrooms just off it. (3 x 4ft6in bed). Carefully decorated, specifically for short term guests and corporate, it provides all the amenities you'll need.
The apartment gets lots of natural light through roof lights and front facing windows. The living area features a mix of a leather reclining sofa with convenient USB charging points, two comfortable armchairs, and oversized bean bags, providing ample seating for six so everyone can relax comfortably.
Login to your Netflix account through the smart TV! There is high-speed Wi-Fi available throughout the property. The table and chairs fold away to maximize the living space for everyone to enjoy when they're not eating. The compact kitchen has everything you need, including a hob, fridge, microwave, and dishwasher, making meal prep easy and convenient.
Bedrooms:
The master bedroom has a 4ft6in bed frame. Make use of the full length mirror, vanity to get yourself ready for your night out. Bedside tables and lamps all make things a little more homely.
The second bedroom features two 4’6” beds, a vanity, a wardrobe, and bedside lockers with lamps. The bathroom has a large walk-in electric shower, heated towel rail and vanity. Basic toiletries, bathroom linen and toilet paper are supplied.

This property uses the Apex Accommodation Peace of Mind Checklist, which follows cleaning and disinfection guidelines provided by the CDC, EPA, and World Health Organization.
All of our properties are cleaned thoroughly, and we disinfect our bathrooms, kitchens, and major touchpoints like light switches, doorknobs, table tops, electronics, appliances, lock boxes/digital keypads, and control panels.
We provide linens, towels, a starter supply of cleaning products, shampoo, soap, dishwasher tabs and laundry tabs.
Important - Stairway
The apartment is on the third floor, accessible by stairs only (no lift).
There are 8 flights of stairs (approximately 65 steps) leading to the front door. This may be a consideration for guests with mobility issues or if you are bringing particularly heavy luggage.
**Noise Sensitive Property - Strictly Quiet Hours Between 10pm And 8am**.
This building is equipped with a non recording noise monitor which is set to acceptable thresholds for conversation during 10pm and 8am. Excessive noise alerts will be treated as a violation. If we are contacted by the management company or neighbours about a disturbance this will result in a total loss of security deposit and an early termination of your rental agreement.
Guest Access:
Guests have access to all areas of the home except for a few locked closets, which we kindly ask you to respect.
Interaction with Guests:
All messages are handled directly through the platform, so you’ll be fully supported throughout your stay. For urgent situations—such as a lockout or trouble with directions—a mobile number will also be available.
Important to Note:
There is a €200 Security Deposit required for this property. This deposit will be charged to your account 1 day in advance of your arrival and returned once departed.

We had a pleasant stay overall. It is in the perfect location. The hosts were very responsive and came quickly to address a minor issue, which we really appreciated. The space was great for a family of 4. The stairs were a bit challenging, and we missed that detail in the listing. We also couldn’t figure out how to have hot water and strong water pressure in the shower at the same time. The listing says parking is available, but there is an additional fee. Despite that, we enjoyed our stay and would recommend this property.

Great location, lots of food, drink, and shopping within walking distance. Apt was clean and comfortable. Our host communicated very well both before and during our stay. They help us with parking which we really appreciated. Check in and out was easy. There are a lot of stairs but that is nothing new.

This apartment was steps from the train station which made it easy to travel around. Its minutes from the hustle and bustle of the city it was very clean and comfortable. I would highly recommend

The place seemed clean and well put together. The beds were not very comfortable and the hot/warm water in the shower is near nonexistent. We tried to communicate a couple issues with the host but never got a reply. Any communication was the typical copy and paste instructions for check in and check out. I will say, the location was perfect though. Right on the square with everything very walkable.
