The Apartment is very centrally located in narrow alleys and that scared me a bit initially however, when you go around you realise that you/re actually really close to all the popular spots. The apartment building is old and has a very run down badly lit appliance but the apartment was ok. We were looking for a budget stay and thats what we got. There are two apartments at this property so please be careful which one you book. I saw the pictures of flat A and booked flat B which led to me being very disappointed. Read through very very clearly before booking. The host was kind and professional.
The information given to book didnt clearly mention that there were two flats of the same name and one was much smaller than the other. I thought I booked the bigger one. The laundry service was on the top floor and not on the same level as well so we dint use it.

Quiet location in the city centre easy walk to all the sites, so once parked (the owner added our car registration to the ZTL zone) everything was walkable. The Enzo Ferrari museum was the furthest away but only a 20 minutes walk.
What appears in daylight as a quiet backstreet becomes an outdoor night club at night. Lots of people in the street singing and drinking. ( It was a Saturday night, I don't know if it's every night and it stopped at midnight) Then it was quiet until the rubbish/bottle collection at 6:30 am!

one bedroom appartment in old town, quite rooms as to the back, fully equipped kitchen with dish washer, quite spacious bathroom with shower, small courtyard
15-20min to rail station, two bars within 10m, one opens early, supermarket 10min, plenty of restaurant within walking distance, all sights within walking distance, public transport 5-10min away
personally, the mattress is too soft for me
I would prefer a table in the kitchen, not bar stools

There were two apartments within the main door. One was a studio and one was a one bedroom.
It was perfect for two couples travelling together.
Good location. Lovely basket of welcome food/snacks
