The location is perfect for the West End, being only a short walk from Shaftesbury Avenue. The apartment was clean and had excellent facilities, including a coffee machine, washer dryer, ironing board and hairdryer. The shower deserves a mention for the spacious enclosure, monsoon head and stable temperature.
Communication from the host was excellent with all check-in and checkout information presented clearly. They also responded to messages promptly and were happy to share useful advice about the local area, such as restaurant recommendations and where to park.
While clean, the apartment would benefit from a refresh of the paintwork in places. Although comfortable the bed is slightly creaky.

Location and apartment space.
No elevator. Insects in the wc from the grooves. The cupboard door was broken. Some electrical components were not working. Kitchen is not equipped enough. Dusty regardless how much we clean. Regardless of the guide. We cannot operate the heater. We did get help from the management and they were extremely supportive and positive. Communication was fast and helpful and we did enjoy our stay. This is my second stay and a third might be soon.
