This lovely 80sqm apartment is located in the historic center, on the fourth floor of a building without a lift and in a very quiet environment, thanks to its internal view. It is proposed as the ideal solution for both a family with children and for couples of friends.
Comfortable and cared for down to the last detail, the apartment can accommodate up to 6 people and has a living room with double sofa bed and dining area, fully equipped kitchen with fridge with freezer, coffee machine, dishwasher, electric oven and microwave, kettle.
The two bedrooms both have a double bed and a wardrobe.
One of the bathrooms has a walk-in shower, while the other has a comfortable bathtub.
Approximately 15 steps lead to an outdoor terrace, equipped with table, chairs and umbrella. The ideal solution to relax with an aperitif or a dinner.
Further services available to guests: unlimited WiFi, air conditioning, heating, 2 TVs, soundproofed windows with grilles, hairdryer, washing machine, clothesline, iron and ironing board.
Towels and bed linen sets are provided for each guest.
The entire house is for the exclusive use of guests during the stay.
