The room size was excellent for Milan and the free bottles of drink were nice.
1. Strange bed covers - the duvet is not inside a cover, it's sandwiched between a thin blanket and another blanket on top, so at some point, you will be touching the duvet...
2. Breakfast was very disappointing - perhaps the worst coffee we ever had. Huge TV in the breakfast area which was distracting, it felt like a sports bar and did not match the tone of the hotel.
3. Storage Space - great having a big table, but there was not enough place to put our suitcases.
4. Poor customer service - we arrived very late, around midnight - we just wanted a quick check-in (seeing as everything was already paid for), we were all tired (cranky toddler). The guy in reception berated us and informed us that we should have informed them that we have a child in our booking. I explained to him that I searched using booking.com for 1 room 2 adults with a child filter and that she sleeps with us in the bed. I verified what the problem was. The guy discussed it with his colleague and was informed that it is not an issue. He tried to backtrack and sort of apologise? Anyway, damage was done and soured the stay, one of the worst reception ever.
