great ski out location (not exactly ski in). close to gondola for skiing or going to ski village. safe and quiet building, ski locker on ground floor. Nexity staff made check in and check out very quick and easy. Courchevel slopes were amazing even though we were unlucky for any fresh snow. àpres ski scene is unparalleled.
not well appointed with disposable items (only a quarter of a toilet paper roll, no dishwasher machine detergent or paper towels). easy to ski out, but getting back in on skis is a short steep uphill hike from slope or a 600 ft flat hike from gondola. 2 bathrooms but only one toilet (separate).

A good location in Courchevel - so easy to get to the slopes in the morning or use one of the gondolas to go down to the centre. Basically a 3 minute walk to either option - so not strictly ski in/ ski out but not far off.
The apartments are straight out of the 80's and don't seem to have seen much love recently. The boot room smells bad and does not have any sort of drying system other than the ambient temperature - which explains the smell. Also having spent nearly €3000 Euros for the stay, I was not expecting to have to pay extra for towels, tea towels and be expected to make up my own bed linen on arrival.
