Great location, was really easy to get to the train station and to the city center
It could get noisy at times, it depends on the day of the week. Mostly on Friday it could be loud due to a nearby bar

Our stay at Arsenal was very pleasant.The beds were incredibly comfortable, and they have an iron and a hairdryer available.The location is awesome—we could walk everywhere, and it’s within walking distance of the train station too
On the downside, we noticed a weird smell in the flat (maybe the sewage), so we had to ventilate daily. Also, be aware that the bar opposite the building stays open late, and you can hear the noise at night.

Nice, clean, the location was great. It’s actually a nice studio apartment. I also love how accessible the staff are, whenever you need help.
The toilet flush is a bit defective. You have to flush twice for the water to stop running otherwise it won’t allow you to flush for next time.
The freezer needs defrosting. I bought some food thinking I could freeze them and couldn’t use the freezer because the whole thing was covered thick ice.
The volume button on the TV remote wouldn’t work 😅. It just wouldn’t let me change the volume on the tv which I found strange. I just made sure there were zero noises when watching the tv 😂.
Finally I wish there was a mop I could use to dry the floor after a shower.

The location was very close to the city centre, which is nice and convenient.
We rented a spot in a parking garage with the owners, as was highly recommended by them. However, nowhere on the booking.com site or in the communication, it was mentioned that:
- the property is located in a car-free area of the city (which is nice and quiet, but it would have been good to know this before);
- you do need to pass by the property first to pick up the keys to the parking garage; since you can't reach the property by car, and you don't have access to the garage until you pick up the key at the property, this sort of forces you to park your car elsewhere for the time it takes you to walk to the appartment, get the key and walk back to the car; in our case, this took about half an hour of time we didn't anticipate, leaving our car in an unguarded spot, which sort of was what we wanted to avoid by renting a garage.
There is a (ncie) pub with a terras right across the street from the property, which can be noisy at night.
Matresses on the beds were too soft and the place (stairway, doors, ceiling in the room) is not made for people larger than 1m90.
