The Restaurant provided the best meals we had on holiday. Breakfast and Dinner Buffets were exceptionally good The staff were wonderful.
The hotel bar was pleasantly busy in the evening.
Not a dislike, but most of the rooms seemed to have baths rather than showers. This was difficulty for me. However within two days we had been provided with a room with a shower. Like most hotels, there never seems to be enough hanging space.

Location, charming hotel and very nice atmosphere
Bit Greek-some things were abit tired but nothing major . Did have a lovely stay and felt safe as travelling alone . View from my room was not the best .

Bar and catering staff were excellent, a great team. We had a lovely dinner on our first night on the charming Passagio bistro terrace.
Check-in was the worst kind of customer service. Guests are presented with a QR code or hotel iPad to complete all passport details etc themselves whilst the receptionist stands and watches them struggle after a long journey. Check-out was just as bad, extras expected to be paid for without presenting a bill to explain what they were and so mistakes made. Arriving and leaving a hotel are vital to the guest experience.
Bathrooms are in serious need of an update.
