The peace and quiet! Truly “Calme” and calming after a day’s driving. Glad we pre-ordered an evening meal as properly in the countryside. Beautifully cooked by Owner/Chef/Gardener/General Factotum Bruno.

Wonderfully welcoming after a long drive, the hosts cooked us a lovely evening meal taken outside. The grounds are lovely and the black swan was a hit with the children. Nothing was too much bother. The pool is a very large hot tub but perfectly adequate for having a splash or cooling off. A beautiful spot! Charmingz

Charming location by a small pond with swan and ducks. Very quiet and rural. Breakfast was basic. Coffee or chocolate, good bread with choice of jams. Ham and cheese, and egg available.
No hot water for a shower in the morning. The B&B was full (5 total rooms?), and only has one water heater. Early departing guests must have drained the hot water tank. The owner was very apologetic and gave us a discount on our room as recompense.
