VISIT THE BAY OF Mt St MICHEL, NORMANDY AND BRITTANY
IN AVRANCHES (50300). Entire house, 200 m from shops, in a very quiet area (no loud speaker noise, etc.), 100 m from the plant garden, 800 m from the municipal swimming pool. Easy access to the A84 towards Rennes or Caen.
100 m from the departure of the transport shuttles to the beaches and sites to visit.

- Ground floor: Main room equipped with a fitted kitchen (fully equipped, including dishwasher) open to dining area and living room.

- FLOOR: 2 Bedrooms, 1 mezzanine and 1 bathroom with wc
• Bedroom 1: 1 bed 140 * 200, 1 bed 90 * 200 and 1 baby bed. Bedside table with lamp, dressing room
• Bedroom 2: 2 beds 90 * 200 which can be joined to make 1 bed of 180 * 200. Nightstands, storage shelves
• Mezzanine: Clic-clac 130 * 200 (sleeping 2 people, preferably children or young teenagers). Storage shelves, table, children's games.
• Bathroom: 1 shower, 1 basin with storage unit, 1 wc, 1 washing machine and dryer.
- Exterior:
• Terrace with table and parasol
• Courtyard closed by a gate, semi-detached with rental building (same property) with children's play area.
Linens, towels, water, electricity and heating included.
Tourist tax: € 1.50 per person per day (only for adults)
Free Internet access.
For children, we provide free of charge: Bed, playpen, bath, potty, deckchair, high chair, stroller, etc ... (adapt the request). Safety barriers at the top and bottom of the stairs.
