Rent now a small apartment (about 34 m² incl. Loggia). The apartment is located directly on the Ossiachersee. Beautiful, private beach, large children's playground, tennis courts. The apartment consists of 1 entrance hall, 1 bathroom, 1 bunk bed for 2 children in a small separate bunk further 1 living / bedroom with small kitchen and a double bed and a loggia with afternoon and evening sun. Private beach with umbrella and two chairs. 1 underground parking space. Smoking allowed only on the loggia (balcony). No pets. The lift takes you directly from the underground car park barrier-free to the beach and in the apartment located on the first floor. Description of the apartment Accessibility: Elevator 81 cm Doors 90 cm Doors 70 cm Bath not handicapped accessible.
Rent my lovely little apartment for the first time. Have her nicely prepared for her. A nice bunk bed (bunk) in which your children will feel good is separated from the living room by a sliding door. I look forward to you and believe that you will feel good. Apartment was partly renovated in 2019, new floors, beds us. w. The house has other apartments are housed, any negative reviews do not affect my apartment.
Direct lake with private beach, parasol and two chairs. Large children's playground, 3 tennis courts. Cycle track, hiking trails, Ossiachersee Schiffahrt, cable car Gerlitze, public transport network. Villach, Velden, Faakersee, Wörthersee, border with Italy about 20 km and Slovenia about 20 km within a few minutes drive.
Also for autumn and winter travelers: bike path and hiking trails directly from the house. Ski lift or cable car to the ski area Gerlitzen within a few minutes.
